EXTERIOR UPGRADE

This decades-old bungalow was in need of a facelift. The goal was to stay true to the history and location of this home, but bring it into the 21st century. Some small architectural upgrades and new  landscape design did just that. 

  • New exterior paint throughout
  • Refinished wood porch and steps
  • Addition of second-story transom windows
  • New paved walkway and landscaping
  • Removed chain-link fencing and added new wood privacy fence
