Our clients’ Pine Knoll Shores beach house had significant unusable space, along with a small, outdated kitchen where the fridge obstructed circulation. By extending the loft above, we not only created additional lounging space but also expanded and opened up the kitchen while still maintaining a sense of separation from the living area. This extension maximized usable storage and counter space, and by relocating the fridge to a central area, we enhanced the flow’s efficiency.
