Equally as important as plans and construction drawings, is making sure that you as the client have a clear idea of what the project will ultimately look like. Architectural three dimensional drawings, also known as renders, allow builders to get a full picture of the space and may save time or prevent errors by highlighting features that could be otherwise overlooked on the plans. See examples of the 3D rendering services I provided in previous projects below.
HAND RENDER EXAMPLEs
Hand renders will give you a more general look and feel of the project. They are more an expression of the space and will not reflect exact materials or finishes. Hand renders have an approachable quality and are suitable for a wide range of projects.
computer render example
Computer renders show you the most realistic depiction of your space. Everything from finishes, furniture, and lighting will be shown. These 3D drawings take longer to complete, but are well worth the wait, especially in commercial advertising applications. If desired, video walkthroughs can also be developed from these renders.
hybrid render examples
Hybrid renders are what I most commonly use. They are perfect for residential projects when the client wants to get an idea of the space. The furniture and materials are not always identical, but they provide a good approximation of what the final space will look like.
video render examples
Video renders are essentially computer renders, only of the entire project instead of just one view. Once a full render is complete, I can create a video as if you were walking through the space!
Video renders are an incredible way to get a full understanding of the design. Often, moving through the space virtually is transformative for clients.
